Education Requirements:

Degree: MS or MPhil in the following disciplines:

  • Management Sciences
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • International Relations
  • or closely related fields

Academic Performance:

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates preferred
  • Must have participated in academic or applied research projects during their studies

Technical Skills:

  • Software Proficiency:
  • MS Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Research Tools:
  • SPSS, STATA, R, or Nvivo
  • HR Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams
  • Adaptable and open to dynamic work environments
  • Confident and presentable personality
