We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within the EHR (Electronic Health Record)/Healthcare domain. They will be responsible for talking to team members to understand what the product needs to do and writing clear documents based on those needs.

  • Key responsibilities include helping design how the app should look using tools like Figma, learning and understanding how healthcare/clinical processes work, and suggesting ways to improve them.
  • The successful candidate will also act as a bridge between business, design, and development teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • They will participate in team meetings to help plan, review, and improve product development, identify problems, and suggest solutions.
  • Frequent communication with team members will be essential to ensuring that project objectives are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience as a business analyst, with experience in the healthcare sector being a plus.
  • Bonus qualifications include a basic understanding of healthcare systems like EHRs and proficiency in using Figma.
  • Strong writing skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage tasks independently are essential qualities for this role.
