Senior Consultant Insights - Quantitative

Independently design research projects, execute, and deliver tracking dips for key accounts and resolve client queries with minimal supervision from the line manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with the client for any inputs required to update the questionnaires.
  2. Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the bilingual questionnaires and finalize the questionnaire accordingly.
  3. Coordinate with the Project Management team & client for development & finalization of English & Urdu scripts.
  4. Prepare & finalize field Master Kit documents in coordination with the Project Management team.
  5. Conduct Master Briefing Session to train the field team.
  6. Supervise & monitor Interviewer Briefing & Mock sessions and Fieldwork Execution.
  7. Understand & resolve queries raised by Project Management Team, Field Team & other functions.
  8. Coordinate with the Project Management team for monitoring of Quality Control Procedures & Outputs.
  9. Ensure project is conducted as per the protocols & client expectations.
  10. Ensure project is conducted as per the committed timelines.
  11. Prepare & finalize analysis plan in coordination with the Project Management.
  12. Coordinate with the Project Management team to finalize the data file.
  13. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions & requirements.
  14. Develop a project report containing the research findings.
  15. Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on the report and finalize the report accordingly.
  16. Present the report to the client.
  17. Develop a healthy working relationship with the client.
  18. Understand the industry dynamics & client business.
  19. Understand the various team members in the client team & communicate/coordinate accordingly.
  20. Communicate and coordinate with the client at various stages of the projects as detailed above.
  21. Handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs.
  22. Coordinate with seniors to handle complex client queries regarding research inputs & outputs.
  23. Coordinate with the Finance Team for project recording, formalities, initiation & invoicing.
  24. Coordinate with the client on timely payments of invoices, project renewals and POs.
Qualifications
  • Completed Post Graduation – Degree in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in the research industry.
  • Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.
  • Business writing skills.
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic commercial skills (cost and time management).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Marketing knowledge and a thorough understanding of marketing research principles.
  • Open to traveling across the country for briefings & fieldwork accompaniment.
