We are hiring an experiencedE-Commerce Executiveto join our team at iPlex Pvt Ltd.

Description:

Performance Ads Expert: Plan, launch & optimize TikTok Ads (manual + tools like Shoplus, Minea, PiPiAds) with a focus on GMV, ROAS, Max Ads scaling strategies.

GMV-Driven Campaigns: Own and grow store GMV with data-backed budgeting, bidding, and audience targeting.

Content & UGC Strategy: Create, test & manage high-converting creatives, UGC videos, and influencer-based ad strategies.

Affiliate & Creator Network: Build & manage TikTok creator/affiliate teams to boost reach and conversions.

Store & Product Handling: End-to-end store setup, product listings, compliance (CPC, FDA, FTC), and policy alignment.

Product Hunting & Sourcing: Identify trending products via TikTok tools; source from China (Alibaba/1688) & USA-based suppliers for private/white label launches.

Launch & Scale: Implement full-funnel launch strategies combining paid ads, UGC, and TikTok's affiliate system.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart.
  • Proven track record in running scalable TikTok Ads andmaximizing GMVwith high-ROI campaigns.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Note:Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully launchingwhite labelandprivate labelproductsin the U.S. market, demonstrating results in sales growth, brand positioning, and marketplace performance.

Office Hours:6:00 pm to 2:00 am

Office Location:Bahria Town Phase 4, Main Civic Center, Block B, Tawseen Complex No# 75, Rawalpindi.
