We're expanding our enterprise solutions team and are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise across the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

An experienced and versatile Dynamics 365 specialist who has hands-on experience across multiple modules and can confidently lead implementations and client consultations. You will play a key role in delivering tailored business solutions for our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Required Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  • Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Configure and implement various Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 workflows and processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience working in a software house or consulting environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
