Role Overview

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing sales interactions to ensure they meet quality benchmarks. This role involves analytical insight, coaching, and process improvement — directly contributing to higher conversions, stronger client relationships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales calls to ensure compliance with quality standards, scripts, and customer experience benchmarks
  • Evaluate call data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales agents to improve performance
  • Collaborate with team leads to design training and coaching plans
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and conversions
  • Ensure adherence to policies, compliance, and ethical selling practices
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to resolve issues and strengthen buyer trust
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Quality Assurance or related monitoring role
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to influence and motivate
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Leadership qualities — able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets are a plus
