Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the payroll process and a range of other financial activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to apply their finance expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide support in managing day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and support budget monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely recording and processing of financial transactions in accordance with internal controls.
- Contribute to process improvements, financial audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Take on additional finance-related and administrative duties as required to support the department's goals.
Qualifications:
- CA inter with articles completed orACCA qualified /finalist and has 2 years of work experience at least.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Timings:10pm to 06:45pm (subject to change as per work requirement)
Note: This is an onsite job.
