Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the payroll process and a range of other financial activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed financial data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide support in managing day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial documentation and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and support budget monitoring activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely recording and processing of financial transactions in accordance with internal controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements, financial audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Take on additional finance-related and administrative duties as required to support the department's goals.

Qualifications
  • CA inter with articles completed or ACCA qualified / finalist and has 2 years of work experience at least.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Timings: 10pm to 06:45pm (subject to change as per work requirement)
