Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with at least 2 years of working experience to join our Finance & Accounts team and help in the management of day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.


Job Responsibilities


•Manage accounts payable and receivable functions


• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports


• Support budgeting and forecasting activities


• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies


• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions


• Assist with internal and external audits


• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records


• Support tax filing and regulatory compliance activities

Required Skills


• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Experience

· Minimum: 2 years

· Preferred: 3-4 Years


Education/Qualification

· Minimum: MBA/ACCA/CA/ICMa

· Preferred: MBA/ACCA/CA/ICMa
