Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn and grow in the marketing field. This position offers hands-on experience across various marketing channels and the opportunity to work directly with experienced marketing professionals in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
  • Support content creation for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities in the education sector
  • Help manage social media accounts and engage with our online community
  • Assist in organising and promoting academy events, workshops, and programs
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter development
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the design team on visual content and marketing materials
  • Assist in maintaining the academy's website content and SEO optimisation
  • Support lead generation activities and student recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications
  • Familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management tools, or email marketing platforms
  • Understanding of the education sector and student engagement strategies
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Urdu) preferred
