This is a three-month long Training Program designed to equip qualified Business Development (BD) trainees with the necessary skills and exposure in various sales funnel stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create awareness of new offerings among potential clients.
  • Generate leads through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Retail existing customers through tailored services.

To succeed as a Business Development Trainee, candidates should be willing to learn about our projects and identify opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Successful BD professionals are skilled problem solvers who understand the value of building lasting professional relationships with clients.

Skill Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 06 months' work experience.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required.
  • Demonstrate strong market research skills.
  • Show aptitude for sales and interest in developing a career in Business Development (BD).
