Jetset Rides is a UK-licensed private hire and chauffeur company providing premium ground transportation services for individuals and corporate clients. We are expanding our operations team in Pakistan and are looking for a motivated and skilled representative to join us.
Requirements- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good telephone and email etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in dispatching, call handling, or transport/logistics is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Handle customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Dispatch and assign drivers for bookings using company systems.
- Prepare and maintain driver schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage live bookings, resolving any issues quickly.
- Work with Excel for reporting, scheduling, and data management.
- Coordinate with UK-based team and drivers for service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication support.
