Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive, high-quality proposals to support business development efforts. This role requires excellent writing skills, organizational abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research, develop, and write customized proposals aligned with the objectives of prospective clients and stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential information for proposal creation, including campaign goals, budgets, and deliverables.
  3. Present clear, concise, and persuasive content that effectively communicates organizational capabilities and proposed solutions.
  4. Rewrite proposals according to feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
  5. Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  6. Leverage insights to tailor proposals to the specific needs of each client and campaign.
  7. Work closely with campaign managers and other stakeholders to align proposals with overarching campaign strategies and business objectives.
  8. Ensure that proposed solutions reflect innovative approaches and industry best practices.
  9. Ensure proposals meet all formatting, submission, and compliance requirements.
  10. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, content, and supporting documents for future use.
  11. Edit documents and technical literature for content, coverage, clarity, and voice consistency, recommending revisions as needed.
  12. Maintain quality results by using templates, following proposal-writing standards (readability, consistency, and tone), and updating proposal support databases.
  13. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to integrate visual and content elements into proposals.
  14. Work with coworkers, including graphic designers, CSR representatives, and Campaign Managers, to deliver high-quality proposals.
  15. Help create strategies that enhance proposal development processes.
  16. Create and deliver presentations as part of the proposal process.
  17. Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  18. Create graphics and presentations to support proposal submissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

A-level, O-level, or MA in English is a prerequisite.
Language Proficiency: Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience:

Previous experience in proposal writing, Content Writer, or campaign development is preferred.
Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and dedicated.
