About The Role

As a Regional Director on our Small Medium Business (SMB) team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Motive's largest revenue stream. SMB customers are the backbone of our customer base, and our innovative technology creates efficiencies and revenue growth for businesses in the physical economy, including trucking, freight & logistics, construction, oil and gas, local delivery/services, and more.

We seek dynamic senior sales professionals with exceptional communication skills and proven leadership abilities. As a Regional Director, you will manage and develop managers overseeing global sales teams. Your focus will be on achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the sale of our technology products and services. You should be based in or willing to travel to our Islamabad or Lahore offices.

What You'll Do

  1. Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Sales Managers, each managing their own team of Account Executives.
  2. Establish inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets, ensure consistent execution and accountability, and track KPIs and other metrics to assess team effectiveness.
  3. Ensure consistent execution of the sales playbook and align CRM processes with sales operations.
  4. Deliver training and coaching to ensure sales team effectiveness.
  5. Guide your sales teams in prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business, helping achieve or exceed quota targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  6. Maintain an active and current sales pipeline.
  7. Leverage all Motive offerings in sales pursuits, including ELD, Dashcam, Motive Card, and new products. Share best practices in sales and negotiation, emphasizing Motive's value.
  8. Review calls and coach Account Executives/Sales Managers to improve skills.
  9. Understand, audit, and forecast business performance for leadership.

What We're Looking For

  1. 4+ years in international sales, with a preference for US market experience.
  2. 2+ years in sales leadership (second-line leadership preferred), ideally in a technology or product company.
  3. Proven success in B2B sales within a fast-paced, competitive environment with a short sales cycle.
  4. Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to manage and hold teams accountable for pipeline development.
  6. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of managing ambiguous projects.
