About the role
- As a Net Revenue Manager drive and embed Net Revenue Management cross-functional organization, build commercial capability and be the business owner for the end-to-end strategic planning process
- The successful candidate will also manage the NRM to deliver the net revenue strategy of the company with excellence and maximise salesforce effectiveness
- The individual will be connected with local Sales Regions, Area Commercial Excellence network to utilise winning market tools and materials to execute in market with better, faster data-driven decisions
Key responsibilities
- Set the right Gross to Net (G2N) principles in terms of planning, spending and reimbursement
- Oversee the annual and quarterly trade spend/investment planning process
- Ensure the right budget deployment process in place and cascaded to relevant stake holders
- Drive Company Pricing Strategy for FMCG and OTC products keeping in view the policies and competition landscape
- Own the list price management process
- Work on improvement of gross margin of brands through Active Mix Management initiatives
- Design and suggest Promotion Strategy to support brand team
- Ensure the right customer engagement is in place including contracts, execution tracking, and documents
- Work closely with Finance / Sales / Marketing and conduct quarterly forums
- Conduct post evaluations of promotions for business viability
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with commercial and category teams
Qualifications and skills
- Specialization in Trade Marketing, Finance, and/or Sales
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
Other Skills/Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Trade marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Great analytical skills
