
Senior Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Net Revenue professional to drive our commercial strategy and lead the end-to-end planning process. This role will focus on building commercial capabilities and embedding net revenue management cross-functionally.

About the Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive net revenue strategy that drives business growth and maximizes salesforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate with local Sales Regions and Area Commercial Excellence network to leverage winning market tools and materials for in-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain optimal gross to net (G2N) principles for planning, spending, and reimbursement.
- Oversee annual and quarterly trade spend/investment planning processes.
- Ensure effective budget deployment and stakeholder communication.
- Drive company pricing strategy for FMCG and OTC products, considering policies and competition landscape.
- Manage list price and design promotion strategies to support brand teams.
- Enhance gross margin through active mix management initiatives.
- Maintain customer engagement, including contracts, execution tracking, and documents.
- Collaborate with Finance/Sales/Marketing teams and conduct quarterly forums.
- Evaluate promotions for business viability.
- Foster strong relationships with commercial and category teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Trade Marketing, Finance, or Sales.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Requirements
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Trade marketing knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
