Business Development - Team Lead (Preferred Gaming Industry)

Responsibilities: (preferred gaming industry, with a focus on design services)

  • Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and expand the client base within the gaming industry.
  • Utilize various platforms including Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Foster relationships with gaming influencer, streamers, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the gaming community.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to the senior management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Evening/Night (USA Time-zone)

Salary: Plus 100K and commission

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development within the gaming industry, with a focus on design services.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming community, platforms, and trends.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition on platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with design processes and the ability to communicate client needs to the design team effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
