ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Development Manager at MotionBee, you will:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the animation industry, including film, TV, advertising, and digital media.
  • Cultivate and expand our client base by understanding their animation needs and showcasing how MotionBee can exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, animation studios, production houses, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client visions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to ensure MotionBee remains at the cutting edge of animation services.
  • Represent MotionBee at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

SALARY RANGE:

40,000 to 60,000 (PKR)

Job Specification

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Animation, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development within the animation, media, or entertainment industry.
  • In-depth understanding of animation processes, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and industry professionals.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Adept at creating and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Passion for animation and a keen eye for creative storytelling.
