1. Conduct routine maintenance to enhance system performance and prevent downtime.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC systems.
3. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, thermostats, fans, and refrigerant lines.
4. Test system functionality, including airflow, refrigerant levels, and electrical connections.
5. Calibrate thermostats and control systems for optimal operation.
6. Monitor performance to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed.
8. Document refrigerant use and disposal to comply with environmental regulations.
9. Provide feedback on system upgrades or design improvements to enhance efficiency.
10. Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
11. Explain technical issues and system operations to clients and building occupants.
12. Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements or upgrades.
13. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
14. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and heat pumps.
15. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
16. Experience with tools and equipment such as pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, and multimeters.Seniority level
