Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage international business financial reporting activities in line with global accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee global tax compliance, including transfer pricing, withholding tax, and indirect taxes applicable to international operations.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and legal teams to ensure alignment with international tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports for requiredentities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes for audits and internal controls.
  • Monitor changes in international tax laws and financial regulations and assess their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and commercial to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in international financial reporting and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and international tax frameworks
