We are a chemical trading company focused on digitalisation, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations & Projects Coordinator to join our team in Karachi. This is an in-house role for someone early in their career who can support and coordinate day-to-day operations, social media, digital content, and project management. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to grow and take on greater responsibility as the team and scope of work expand.

Digital Product & System Management

  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in managing operations for our web portal, website, and app.
  • Help create workflows, SOPs, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and vendors for execution.
  • Maintain digital product data: pricing, categories, media, and notifications.
  • Support order tracking, customer communication, and digital updates.
  • Ensure day-to-day tasks are running smoothly across platforms.

Project Management

  • Support in setting project goals, milestones, and task follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate with freelancers/talent when needed.
  • Track deliverables and timelines to ensure projects progress on schedule.
  • Document progress and participate in review meetings.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Assist in planning and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Status, and WeChat Moments (outsourcing when needed).
  • Use tools like Canva, AI tools, and Google Sheets for basic design and posting.
  • Help maintain brand tone and visual consistency.

Corporate Communication & Branding

  • Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, profiles, and catalogs.
  • Help create pitch decks and corporate materials (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
  • Support digital product demos and onboarding sessions.
  • Join meetings with clients/vendors when required.
  • Must be confident, articulate, and presentable for occasional interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Basic project coordination & deadline tracking
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content/images
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interest in social media content planning & execution
