We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at a bustling bakery in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats that bring joy to others. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes. Your role will also involve ensuring the quality and freshness of our products, maintaining inventory, and managing the bakery's kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage the bakery's kitchen and equipment
- Follow all safety standards and procedures in food handling
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking or baking
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitized

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Experience using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, etc.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and products
- Attention to detail in decorating cakes and pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings
-Sense of ownership over work
-Nationality preference: Pakistani
-Salary: 1600$ with accommodation provided
