We are looking for a full-time Social Media Digital Marketing/Sales Lead to look after the online sales and digital marketing of a European brand. The job is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
The candidate must have a degree (web design, CS, IT, marketing or similar) from a good university, good command over English with at least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing channels. We will pay a competitive salary along with company benefits.
You will be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel B2C marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on digital scale-up.
You will need to be both strategic and tactical, with the skill to move seamlessly from high-level vision and clarity of thought, to detail-oriented execution and delivery.

Job Specification

Key Duties

  1. Designing and executing digital marketing strategy.
  2. Designing and executing social media strategy.
  3. Developing and reporting.
  4. Reading data and driving actionable intelligence from it.
  5. Executing A/B and MVT testing.
  6. Providing timely reports to senior management on sales, revenue, and key trends.
  7. Managing customer journey from start point to thank you pages.
  8. Conversion management.
  9. Working alongside customer service and fulfillment department including returns.

Key Requirements

  1. Become engrossed in the client's brand, understand its brand values, and project relevant communications.
  2. Full grasp of the latest digital marketing trends.
  3. Enjoy working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  4. Proven experience with brands.
  5. Proven experience of handling ROI and conversion management.
  6. Experience in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Webmaster tools, paid social, mobile, and affiliate management.
  7. Able to work with a wide range of teams including design, development, and social media teams.
  8. Experience in using email marketing.
  9. Experience in using Google Analytics.
  10. Experience in using CMS, preferably Magento.
  11. Good grasp of concepts and practical experience of providing excellent customer experience online and creating usable online journeys.
