We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Growth Lead to join our Swift team, focusing on our innovative low-code/no-code app automation platform for SAP/JD Edwards/Oracle Fusion users. Experience working in either North American, European or Australian markets is strongly preferred to understand the dynamics of these regions' client base effectively. You will be pivotal in leading MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) from initial engagement to contract, demonstrating Swift's unique value through customized demos and in-depth needs assessments in collaboration with pre-sales team. Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Demo Presentations:

Reach out to prospective clients through multiple channels, including digital platforms, and field leads.
Schedule and conduct initial compelling demo sessions that showcase the power and flexibility of Swift tailored to SAP/JDE/Fusion users.
Engage clients by highlighting Swift's key features and advantages, aligning them with client needs.

2. Discovery and Requirement Gathering:

Coordinate discovery sessions in collaboration with the pre-sales team to understand client pain points, goals, and specific requirements.
Collect and document client information to enable a personalized experience throughout the sales process.

3. Customized Demonstrations and Solution Presentations:

Coordinate tailored demonstrations alongside Solution Consultants based on insights gathered during discovery, addressing specific client needs.
Confidently respond to client questions, clarify product capabilities, and handle objections effectively.

4. Sales Process Management and Collaboration:

Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to share insights on customer needs and trends.
Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, actively contributing to Swift's growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech industries.
Experience working in European, Canadian, or American markets even if remotely is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and B2B sales processes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a focus on goal attainment and teamwork.
