Proficiently handle a substantial volume of incoming calls and chats from customers and LiveOps team.
Recognize and evaluate customers' requirements with the aim of ensuring their satisfaction.
Establish enduring relationships and foster trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
Exhibit readiness to address all needs, maintaining a positive demeanor to absorb customer frustration and transform negative perceptions of service.
Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
Achieve individual and team targets related to customer service, including call/chat handling quotas.
Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines,policies and procedures.
Minimum Academic qualifications: Graduation.
Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
A minimum of one year experience in international customer support.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the effective utilization of computer software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additionally, flexibility to work various shifts, including morning, evening, and night, is a must.
