About the Role

We are seeking customer support executives with excellent English skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to listen to customer concerns, answer their questions and provide information about our products and services over the phone, emails and text.

This is not a cold calling or typical call center job, but rather a role that involves building relationships with customers and providing them with personalized support.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be punctual and able to work under pressure. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Answer customer calls, emails and texts in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Listen to customer concerns and respond to their questions and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Provide information about our products and services to customers.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer queries.
