Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target architects, builders, contractors, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and real estate developers for project-based sales.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to demonstrate flooring solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client communication.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, paints, or other building materials.
  • Strong network within the architecture, construction, and interior design industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
