Unity International Services is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and driven 'Associate – Marketing & Inside Sales' to join our dynamic team If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, has a knack for persuasive communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound/outbound channels

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Assist in marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups

- Maintain CRM and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
