Marketing Associate Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports to management to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and a team player with a passion for driving results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably with experience in CRM tools.
