Job Purpose

This position will support communications and the Leadership, Culture & Capability Framework project, focusing on culture engagement through event arrangement, photography, and videography. We seek a dynamic and creative Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to foster a positive organizational culture with engaging activities and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, and have experience in designing booths and organizing various engagement activities.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in media sciences, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 2–4 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro to create engaging visual content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative content for various platforms.
  • Ability to capture high-quality photographs for events and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, for culture engagement initiatives.
  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos of engagement events.
  • Assist in developing and sharing internal communications related to these initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Support project management of the LCC framework, ensuring timely milestones.
