We are seeking a talented and motivated Upwork Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position working the night shift (EDT time zone). If you have a passion for building high-quality proposals and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for clients and partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.
  • Bid professionally, with experience in Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving organizational growth and client acquisition.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, especially during night shifts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development with a focus on professional bidding.
  • Ability to develop tailored proposals and pitch strategies to win projects on Upwork.
  • Experience working with Upwork or similar freelance platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior business development staff as needed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage jobs and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site during the night shift (EDT time zone).
