Position:Senior Business Developer / Team Lead

Location:Bahria Town, Lahore ( On-Site )

Experience Required:2–3 years (preferably in a senior or lead role)

Compensation:Competitive salary with an attractive package based on experience and performance. Includes a fixed percentage per project and uncapped commissions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSenior Business Developer / Team Leadto head our business development efforts. In this leadership role, you will drive growth by leveraging platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. You'll also play a key part in shaping strategy, leading a small team, and working directly with upper management to scale our web design and development services. Ideal candidates will have the ability—or a clear vision—to thrive in a startup environment and lead others to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives across freelancing and B2B platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn).
  • Strategize and execute plans to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
  • Mentor and manage junior business development staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively to close deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, with hands-on experience in web design and development services (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client engagement, proposal writing, and lead conversion.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets independently and as a team leader.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
