Job Description:

Zalin Traders is a dynamic import-export company based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, specializing in the global trade of high-quality goods across various sectors. We are seeking a Project Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our operations and enhance our project management efforts in the importing and exporting industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating project activities and manage timelines.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for internal use.
- Support communication between teams and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct market research and analysis as needed.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting project issues.

Job Specification:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
