  • The nature of employment is full-time i.e 48 (8X6) hours a week, including Saturdays, additional half-days (when required).
  • You are required to assist in managing project files: Contracts, Project Dashboards, Payment schedules, site visit schedules, & client meeting schedules.
  • You are to timely deliver quality work assigned to you by the Project Manager, that may deviate from the mentioned JD, but will be within the skillset as presented in your job application.
  • You are required to keep in check the equipment you will be issued, and make sure that it is in prim condition and ready to take up any task at any given time: design and management related.
  • If required by the company, you may have to give in overtime for swift execution of the tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • You are required to keep your knowledge and skill set needed for the best execution of any project, up-to-date i.e software skills, understanding of bylaws and necessary procedures.
  • Pleasant persona and being well dressed is imperative to this position.
  • The quality of your work and timely execution shall be monitored by the CAD Supervisor.
