We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in selling tech services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, particularly in the tech services sector, and will be able to provide regular updates on the number of clients successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in need of tech services through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure smooth handover to the account management team post-sale.
Present customized tech solutions to clients, emphasizing value propositions and demonstrating how our services meet their specific business needs.
Consistently close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Track and report the number of clients successfully closed.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and to improve sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, including the number of clients closed and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product and services teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Strong understanding of tech services and solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.
Strong track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
