We're Hiring: Remote Bidding & Sales Assistant

Work Type: Fully Remote - Classic Programmers

Salary: PKR 25,000–30,000/month

Hours: Full-time (flexible, but must be responsive)

About the Role

We're looking for a smart, tech-savvy individual who knows how to write solid proposals , follow up on leads , and handle client communications with clarity and professionalism.

You'll be working behind the scenes on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer , and handling email replies , inbound leads , and basic sales convos .

If you're someone with excellent English, a little sales flair, and a background in tech or digital services — this could be the perfect remote opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Writing clear, customized bids and proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
  • Handling email replies and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Tracking sent proposals and identifying which ones need a nudge
  • Helping craft replies for cold or warm email marketing
  • Coordinating with the delivery team once a lead converts
  • Keeping a simple tracker or CRM updated regularly
Ideal Candidate Has:
  • 9/10 English writing skills — grammar, tone, and clarity matter
  • A basic tech/digital services background (so you understand what you're selling)
  • Experience in sales, bidding, or client communication is a plus.
  • The ability to write fast, without sounding robotic or generic
  • Attention to detail + some understanding of what makes a proposal stand out
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Excel/Sheets, Upwork/Fiverr dashboards, etc.
Bonus Points If You've:
  • Previously worked with an agency or digital service provider
  • Experience with CRMs or sales tools
  • Done cold outreach or client prospecting
