Winston Mall & Residencia (Pvt) Limited, a prestigious ground-plus-22-storey project located in B17, Islamabad, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, tax matters, and corporate dealings including financial engagements with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• In line with Director Finance, Oversee the financial and tax affairs of the company, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.


• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process for the construction project.


• Handle corporate matters related to the STZA license and ensure all reporting requirements are met.


• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support senior management decision-making.


• Manage financial dealings with clients, including tax and corporate structuring for entities such as Syed Bilal & Co.


• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting.


• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:


• Completed articles from a reputable CA firm.


• Minimum 2–3 years of post-articles experience in a financial or corporate management role.


• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and corporate regulations.


• Experience in the construction or real estate sector will be an advantage.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
