Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior US IT Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Senior US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role involves creating and posting job advertisements, conducting initial candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong understanding of US job market and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
