Salary Range: 70,000 to 85,000 PKR per month (plus commission-based incentives)
Job Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Target Sales Market: USA

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Specialist who excels in both online bidding on freelance platforms and direct sales outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by securing projects through platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others, as well as by directly contacting potential clients. Your work will be key to driving revenue growth and establishing long-term client relationships. Your primary goal will be to generate quality leads through outbound cold calls and initiate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Bidding & Proposal Writing:
- Identify, bid, and secure projects on freelance platforms including Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others.
- Craft tailored and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
- Maintain a high response rate and conversion ratio across platforms.
- Conduct research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, email, and other online resources.
- Initiate direct contact with businesses to introduce our services and secure new contracts.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and strategic relationship management.
Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our offerings and set up appointments for further discussion.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Clearly communicate project requirements and expectations with potential clients.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Strategic Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and provide insights to improve our sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain a detailed CRM database tracking leads and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on bidding performance and lead generation outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar sale, business development, or online bidding role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Ability to research, understand, and address client needs effectively.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a drive for achieving results.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or computer science or equivalent experience.
