The Commercial Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business teams in making informed decisions. This role acts as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, including HR, Supply Chain (SC), and International Business (IB). The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to improve processes, enhance cost efficiencies, and drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • between 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, preferably in a commercial finance role.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in financial control and risk management.
