This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Finance Business Partner, supporting the success of our organization by providing financial expertise and guidance to key stakeholders.

  • Financial Analysis and Planning: You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing forecasts to inform business decisions. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

What We Are Looking For

You will bring strong technical skills in financial analysis and planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market is also required. Relevant experience in a regional or sizeable local business would be beneficial. Leadership skills including collaboration and communication within a larger Finance team are essential. Growth mindset and ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness are highly valued.">
