Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to promote company products and services.
  2. Conducting market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  4. Presenting and demonstrating product features and benefits to prospective customers.
  5. Preparing and delivering sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.
  7. Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
  8. Staying updated with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
  10. Providing regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Job Specification
  1. Proven experience in business development and sales in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Result-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
