Role: CRM Integration Assistant

Responsibilities include connecting data, tools, and workflows across teams via CRM platforms, supporting third-party integrations, data cleaning, and ensuring effective CRM support for sales and support efforts.

Objectives & Impact
  • Optimize CRM functionality for seamless collaboration
  • Improve customer data accuracy
  • Reduce manual input and improve team productivity
Learning Opportunities

Gain practical experience with CRM systems, data mapping, workflow automation, and system integration.

Key Tasks
  • Sync tools and platforms with CRM
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Test CRM workflows and automation
  • Assist team members with CRM features
  • Create basic reports and dashboards
