NKU Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently and meet business targets. We're looking for someone proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced software house.

Responisibilities:

  • Acquiring business through different channels e.g Upwork, Fiver, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications depending on the requirement from the client
  • Maintain high rating on all platforms
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
  • Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia
  • Generating effective marketing strategies
  • Preparing progress reports
  • Targeting potential clients
  • 3 - 4 years of experience
