The role involves building and leading a team responsible for Facility Management, Property Management, and Brand Acquisition functions. You will design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead a team comprising Facility Management, Property Management, and Brand Acquisition functions.
- Design & implement SOPs for building operations, maintenance of equipment, assets upkeep, and a 24/7 support system.
- Build, foster, and maintain relationships with vendors, retail brands, and partners.
- Develop SOPs for optimal building operations and deploy controls to ensure a comfortable environment for customers, tenants, and guests.
- Create and develop commercial opportunities to increase company income through existing and potential new clients, initiating and developing business relationships.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage partnerships with clients and tenants.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
- Represent the company professionally before brands and partners for business development and acquisition.
- Identify potential tenants, perform background and credit checks, and assess qualification.
- Determine ROIs for tenants and unit holders and negotiate lease and contract terms.
- Manage rent collection, security deposits, and registration fees.
- Keep tenants and clients informed of contract changes and upcoming issues, proactively working to ensure retention.
- Work with stakeholders to develop tenant/client mix to meet revenue targets.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote property units.
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to promote Mall 35.
- Oversee mall operational matters as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation or higher from a reputable institute.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
