We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Administration to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
- Supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
- Handle communication with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in managing budgets and administrative expenses.
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, records management, and attendance tracking.
- Age: 30-40 years
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, etc.)
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
