The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Head of School to lead our academic and operational excellence. This is a unique leadership opportunity to work alongside passionate educators and an engaged community, to shape and execute the school's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic and administrative leadership across all school functions.
  • Inspire and manage faculty and staff to deliver excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and student development.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international academic standards.
  • Build strong parent and community relationships to support student outcomes.
  • Drive continuous school improvement through data-informed decisions.
  • Foster a culture of professional growth, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as technology integration, school accreditations, and co-curricular programming.
  • Collaborate with the Board and senior leadership team on budgeting, policies, and long-term planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching and leadership experience at reputable educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage school operations, and uphold academic quality.
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for student-centered learning and holistic development.
