We are searching for an innovative Delivery Lead to join our company. As the Delivery Lead, you must have experience as Senior PHP Stack Developer and Delivery Lead. You will oversee the company's technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

- International Client Communication

- Complete Understanding of project/Task

- Create Estimates/Timelines with Team Lead

- Interviewing and hiring technical personnel

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

- Checking of team members to ensure delivery of task/project.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes

Job Specification

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Lead

- At least 4 years of experience as Senior PHP Developer

- Excellent Writing and verbal communication skills.
