About the Role:
Briogene Pvt Ltd, a leading distributor of IVD medical devices, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth sales order processing, effective customer management, and timely coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve queries
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for seamless execution of orders
Support the Sales Manager with reporting, documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain updated customer records and track sales performance
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts when required
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or medical device sector will be a plus
