
Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Management of operational staff at all AimFit locations including contractual and full time.
- Managing, sourcing and negotiating for supplies and/or services required for daily operations of various branches including maintaining inventory.
- Researching sources, evaluating and negotiating with vendors including choosing partner vendor for every location.
- Planning, organising, and managing operational and financial audits at all AimFit locations with the Finance Team.
- Manage and execute regular AimFit events for head office and studios, these include events for both internal team and clients.
- Manage relationships with potential suppliers and ensure that the company has a broad spectrum of choices and doesn't become overly reliant on a select few vendors.
- Ensure vendor-related decisions align with internal objectives and protocols without disrupting our services.
- Analyzing vendor performance by considering factors like quality of goods/services, timeliness of delivery and cost-effectiveness. Ensure that the company receives optimal value for money and that vendors remain accountable for maintaining high standards.
- Identifying areas of operational inefficiency and proposing new processes & structure to improve them.
- BA, B.Com graduates, Fresh graduates can apply as well.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Admin Management of Retail Sites.
